Returns and Exchanges Policy 

At, we want to make returns as hassle free as possible. Shalah's Corner deals with a host of suppliers where the return process can vary depending on the item. 

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase. For some product returns, you must include a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). If your return is subject to possessing an RMA number it is mandatory, and no returns of any type will be accepted with out a RMA number. If your return requires an RMA, customers will need to provide the following when calling or emailing for an RMA: customer name, invoice number, and nature of the problem
. A credit cannot be issued for any return without an authorized RMA number.

Defective Products:

You may return all defective products direct to supplier (after receiving an RMA#) through for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.

If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 15% restocking fee.
If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable. 
Shipping it back to us is the customers responsibility.

Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product. 

No returns will be accepted if the manufacturers box and/or packaging material is missing. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. 

1. Please email to request a RMA number and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Customers will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to return a product, including the return address for their product.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee*

Some items can be subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

If a package is returned missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories, or there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit our suppier reserves the right to refuse the return, or charge you a restocking fee of not less than 15%.
